At Aura Day Spa & Wellness Centre, we advise you to please feel free to change therapists at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and more flexibility in booking an appointment.

Children and the spa

The Aura Spa is designed to offer solace from the outside world, so for the comfort of our other clients, unless your child is involved directly in a treatment,we ask that you do not bring them with you.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments are reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment please choose one of the following options:

1. Cancel a minimum of 24 hrs in advance (groups and packages require 48 hours notice to cancel)

2. Pay for time booked

3. Arrange for someone else to come

4. Forfeit future appointments
